~Bobbie: Only had to wait about * minutes. The customer service agent was not knowledgeable but very nice and tried to get my questions answered. Every time her dog started barking in the background she would put me on hold. She finally hung up on my when he started barking out of control. I'm extremely upset!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Bobbie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bobbie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bobbie: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Bobbie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
