~Taken advantage of: Turbo tax * Intuit is a slimy company - when you start your review online it posts a price when you click on it, then after you spend days worth of work entering all of your information (and struggling to compensate for all of their calculation errors and lack of support) they DOUBLE the price on you before you file! Then you have no choice but to file or start from scratch with a better company. I sincerely hope they burn for what they've done to me and I caution you to stay away from them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Taken advantage of: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Taken advantage of: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Taken advantage of: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Taken advantage of: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
