~ldyblue1: our state tax would not work. It was supposed to be free, it ended up sending us to turbo tax to purchase it for **.** and it still would not load. So I called this number- the rep was EXCELLENT..she shadowed my system, unjammed it, and I completed the state form while she was on the screen. It was like she was here in our office. AND she refunded the $$ we were charged when the turbo tax made us pay for state incorrectly.

~ldyblue1: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ldyblue1: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ldyblue1: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~ldyblue1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
