~kaine: so i filed my taxes and yall have charged me twice, one that is **.** which is the one that yall can only see then another charge of **.** which is in my bank statement, ive called the toll free number * times and all yall do is transfer me and put me on hold, last night i was on hold for * hours, im getting fed up with this support, in which no one has solved my problem. And im current*y on hold again after speakng with two people already today, going on ** minutes, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE, yall have already put me in a bind.

~kaine: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kaine: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kaine: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~kaine: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
