~Espi: The Good: Once I finally got someone to answer the phone, the representative couldn't have been more helpful or polite. She spoke excellent English, but with a strong accent that was a little hard to understand for someone with bad hearing like myself. Luckily, she seemed to understand me perfectly, despite my heavy chest cold and southern accent. She wasn't rushed and appeared sincerely desirous to do all she could to help me. She not only answered my question (Lost reservation number), but without prompting she sent me a new copy of the e-ticket I had accidentally deleted, and even chose my seats for me. **Maybe I just got lucky, but her attitude went a long way to allay my fears after reading all the super bad reviews I poured over as I remained on the long hold.**The Bad: Wait time was very, very long. Hold music was extremely loud and annoying to my western ears.**I called about *:** PM CST. After an exhausting wait (nearly one and a half hours!) the phone was answered
