~etc: I ordered a sand box on *-**-**. It was supposed to be shipped the next week but it wasn't. Then they said they got more in and had shipped it. After another week I emailed and called to check on it and they said it had been returned to them damaged. Still have not received the product. I have left messages but no one calls back. I have better luck with email but it still can take days or weeks to get a response. Bad customer service and I will not do business with them.
