GetHuman-400811: Cant' even get through at times. Seems like the number is shut down from time to time or they just hang up after you are transferred to speak with someone.

GetHuman-400811: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
