~heartforpooh: I am not allowed to create an account to get into the website to view patients information, I tried to explain that to her and she said on the front page of the fax back I would have a code well I don't and the operator insisted that I have one or she could not put me thru. I deal with insurances all day long all different types and this by far is the worst system I have came across when you call to speak to a rep you really need to speak to a rep. Now the patient will have to be billed and they will have the added stress to a large bill and being sick on top of it because no one can get me answers
