~Nancy Vieira LAc, RN: I called the UMR automated number because several claims were denied.Ansi code ** on claim denial. The automated info says it can not find a claim under my ID number. I am provided with no other method to proceed so I dont know how to process this claim denial. Information on how to proceed when this occurs is not provided. I got claim verification before I saw this pt amd know they have an acupuncture benefit.when I cant speak to a live person. You make it very difficult to get paid but maybe that is the whole purpose.Nancy Vieira ***-***-****
