~workaholic: Had to pay a $***.** inside delivery charge on a prepaid shipment that was $**. Door is ** feet from the curb, and driver just brought the stuff in without asking. Then got a bill for $*** which I have to pay. CSR said the paperwork was initialed and driver did inside delivery. Have to pay invoice.
