GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-mmencar: I have been trying to get some info for * hours today on a package that hasn't moved since ********. Just to be able to talk to a live person would be a good start. I am going to inform Amazon and Ebay not to use UPS for my shipping needs or I'll stop buying from them. No consistency from UPS.

GetHuman-mmencar: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-mmencar: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-mmencar: For that I would say five out of five.
