GetHuman-280192: Said customer service twice and got a human. I was transferred three times before I got to someone who could help (update credit card information). *They gave me the direct billing line and I told them it was a waste of time as no one answered the phone. I hung up on UPS four times before I remembered gethuman.com *Thank you
