~Unsatisfied: This representative did NOT understand English. She did NOT type in the correct zip code and was rude when questioning me about the zip code. I thought this would be easy because a drop off is scheduled tomorrow here and I could have a pick-up. Not so.

~Unsatisfied: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
