GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-203354: We consistently have substandard performance from UPS in our area. Today's contact with their customer service was no exception. I contacted their customer service on * different occasions today to attempt to locate a package that was not delivered when promised. In all three cases, none of the customer service personnel had even a clue about what they were talking about. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor but was told I could not speak to one. I finally insisted on it and was finally connected with one. She wasn't any more helpful than the * previous customer service personnel. I have finally reached the point where UPS service is so consistently substandard that I will not make any purchases from vendors such as Amazon, Best Buy, etc. unless they can assure me UP FRONT that my parcel will NOT be shipped by UPS.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-203354: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-203354: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
GetHuman-203354: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
