GetHuman-287415: Get rid of your automated menu system! Period! It's a black hole to dump customers who need customer service. If I didn't have dividend miles to use I wouldn't fly your airline. I want to talk with a human being but your system and lame excuses about how busy your customer service people are, is nothing short of unacceptable and reason for legal action against you. Your customer service is a TOTAL misnomer... Should be a graduate school example of how to avoid customer service! Looking at other travelers comments... Do you ever? I'd strongly suggest you take the hint and clean up your act. Right now, you're useless!.. or is that your objective to begin with. How pitiful can you be? You're doing a great job of running your business into the toilet !!
