~Deborah Donoghue: I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO BOOK A FLIGHT USING MY DIV. MILES..oN HOLD *** MINUTES ONE DAY RECENTLY...WHEN I CALL OTHER NUMBERS RELATED THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING BUT TRANSFER ME BACK TO THE NUMBER LISTED. FOR DAYS " WE ARE EXPERIENCING AN EXCEPTIONAL NUMBER OF CALLS PLEASE CALL BACK AT A LATER TIME". EVEN CALLED AMERICAN TRYING TO GET THEM TO HELP ME AND they complained THAT THEY CANNOT GET THEM TO ANSWER EITHER! AND THEY ARE MERGING WITH EACH OTHER! IT IS THE WORST SERVICE AND SITUATION I HAVE EVER SEEN.
