~Aski61: Here is what I sent U S Auto Parts and still have not been contacted. Back on April **th I contacted Maxine in this department with an issue I was having with this part not fitting. I was told some parts special list would be contacting me. My vehicle was taken apart leaving me no way home from work, no one has ever called! I have contacted Eastern manufacturing and got it resolved on my own. The service I received from U S Auto parts is obsurd, I was hung up on or connection was lost twice the *rd time (each time waiting **-** minutes) Maxine was unable to resolve or switch me over directly to the parts specialist. It wasn't the case of being the wrong part. This is now day * still no call, I will never suggest or buy anything from you again I was left high and dry by your customer service department.

~Aski61: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Aski61: For that I would say two out of five.
