~Loren Thompson: After entering a detailed message about my problem, it was dumped when a message saying "No one is available to help you -- try again later" came up. Shall I keep wasting time entering messages that just get deleted??? THIS STINKS!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for absolutely nothing but using my tax dollars.
