~Seriously?!: After trying several times to contact customer service and being told it is unavailable, I googled how to contact a human and finally got one. I gave my name and zip code, told them that I have tried several times to no avail and LIZ heaved a huge and very audible sigh and said how can I help (very snotty). I asked to speak with a supervisor and after an additional ** minutes LIZ came back on the line and said no supervisor was available* I can only assume it is because of the horrible customer service and delivery service of the USPS. After all this she tells me no additional information. Very rude and pointless. Complete waste of time!!!!
