GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~AGGRAVATING!: Although the wait was supposed to average ** minutes, according to their website, which is already a horrible length of time, I waited ** minutes while listening to their same obnoxious recorded message more than *** times and idiotic repetitive music. No one ever spoke to me and I finally had to hang up to go back to work. If I ran my business the way the Post Office does, i.e., bad customer service, I would not be in business for long. Just Terrible! The reason for my call was to inform them that USPS First Class packages keep getting left at my front gate posts where any passersby can pick them up -- and that I would appreciate it if their delivery people would bring the packages to the door where they would be secure.
