~Jamie: Dealt with machine first. Clueless & a runaround. Had to call twice to get past machine, then typical gun-chewing, govt, can't-be-fired worker started yelling out commands: Name! Address! even before asking my problem. WAS snotty. Someone will call me back in *-* days but in case they don't- I was given a case number. Got a call in * days, but all they did was read back tracking info & tell me to wait. And if package was lost?*SOL
