GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JayteeStarr: First attempt at getting to an operator using words was a bust. The system hung up on me. The method described above work, but there are two important notes. First, the press * repeatedly bit took * presses before she offered the privacy statement. The second notes is when she offers the privacy statement, SAY "NO." Button presses result in a hang up at that point, so be attentive. The customer service rep was completely unhelpful and offered nothing besides a "no" answer. No alternatives, consolations, or attempts at amends. All together a terrible experience.
