~My Screen name: Get human instructions do not work. This is the absolute WORST phone system I have ever encountered. Needed to speak with a human but the robot command does not understand the words "Agent", "Customer Service", "Representative" or pressing "*". Kept asking me to choose an option, none of which connected me to a person.
