GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-163360: I asked to hold my mail at the local post office, but apparently that service is not available from customer service, so the representative directed me to call the local post office. He could not provide me with a number for the post office because the system showed no available pickup services within ** mile radius of my downtown Manhattan location. Long wait, no resolution, not even a hint of what else I can do to resolve my problem. This is an atrocious mailing services provider.
