~Irritated person: I had a really hard time contacting an actual human being,and when I finally did I kept getting transferred and put on hold * times. I had to keep repeating my problem over and over like a broken record with different people. Still has yet to be resolved, they say now that my information has probably been "lost" now in the system. Everyone keeps passing the buck and doesn't want to help solve my problem. Terrible service.
