GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Christina: I sent something from northeast Ohio to southeast Ohio Aug. * via *-day priority mail that you geniuses shipped it two states away, then shipped back to Ohio. It took * days to arrive. I've not been on hold with your "customer service" for more than an hour. The first time I got through (after ** minutes) the woman who answered literally couldn't speak coherent English. I asked to be transferred to someone who could address my problem in a coherent manner and am still sitting on hold. *There's a reason the USPS doesn't operate in the private sector -- they wouldn't survive for ** minutes.
