GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DanaL: The trick to getting thru to a live customer service rep is to NOT say anything when you call. Act like you can't speak. When it realizes you aren't talking, it'll offer you options to press buttons. Then follow the dialing instructions above. If you speak, it won't give you those options & will try to force you to use the automated system. If you're tracking a letter or package, do NOT punch in the number. Only give it to the live rep you speak to. Have them call you back - it's faster!
