GetHuman-218965: they were terrible, I could not get a hold of anyone!!! My friend had her work visa papers shipped to my house. I used USPS and did tracking... now the papers are lost in the mail.... and no one from customer services will even pick up. She called her new company that she will work for and they said without those papers she will not be able to work and America will ship her back to Germany.... THANKS USPS for ruining ppls lives one day at a time.
