~cristel: I was charged $**.** my first time using uber. But I thought it was free the first time you use it and then when the driver was outside he was like oh sorry they canceled the ride so you have to do it again. I was so confused and then when I got to the place they charged me $**.** so in total it was $**.** I feel like I was ripped off***
