~sharad : i have recharge paytm wallet as per uber's e mail,they gave me ***rs free ride offer , but it was vanished before due date,i couldnt use that promo.tried by email, they reply after * days, saying promo was active till date, proving me wrong.i replied many times, but they didn't believe me, again telling ,their systme is right.i mailed to *****@***.com...now surprising thing....*my case was given to solve to the same manager, who replied my all mails ,trying to prove that i m wrong and promo was on.*then they offer me a charity of rs **** refund, which i refused.pl see all correspondence and resolve problem
