~DISGUSTED: I ordered cosmetics and skin care products BEFORE THANKSGIVING (*****) while the products were on sale. There was a temporary mailman while the regular was on vacation, and this idiot never delivered the package to my home. I called ULTA several times to track the package from UPS to USPS, and finally * weeks later, they gave me the postal tracking *so USPS could find out what happened. *The package was sent back! ULTA offered a gift card for the monetary value, but since the items I ordered were on sale, I can't even get *** of the products I originally ordered! I asked them to just re-send the original order back to me...apparently that was asking too much. And then... they wanted to insist that the package WAS delivered to me! It took numerous phone calls back and forth before they acknowledged that I never received the package. And they won't allow me to simply replace what I originally ordered at the sale price. This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a vendor. I HAD be

~DISGUSTED: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~DISGUSTED: For that I would say four out of five.
