GetHuman-195107: I was told by the "customer service" person that although I ordered a Christmas gift I would only be guaranteed delivery up to the **th. I was going out of town before the **th so I would need it earlier. They could not ablige me or cancel my order even though it hadn't been processed or sent at that time. Worst service ever from a company. Will not order online from them every again. Waited * minutes for first CS person and then took ** minutes to speak to a manager. They did offer a gift card for my inconvenience but that doesn't do much when I will probably have to go out to Ulta and pick up these gifts again the weekend before Christmas. (Never shopt at stores this late). Not a happy customer.
