~mrsclt47: Never order online from Ulta.com! If ANYTHING goes wrong (like the drop down defaulting back to the first option, in my case), you CAN NOT cancel*change ANYTHING! I placed an order just to get a freebee, and the drop down defaulted back to the *st option somehow. I called to change to the bag and products that i wanted and was told it was too late, the only thing i could do was to refuse it at the door. I was going to do this, but then the agent on the phone said the products in the bag were the same for both bag colors. WRONG! I accepted the order (of course), and when i opened the bag, the colors were nothing like what i had wanted. I called to complain and was given a $** gift card for my trouble. This is great except the shipping is $*! so basically they gave me $*. Yay! *I called to complain about this and just be done with it, and i was told i would be reimbursed for the shipping if i chose to use the card. I did, and am STILL going around and around with these people! They now w
