~Susan: Contacting the unemployment office is pitiful.I have called ** times in one day only to be disconnected each time because the automated response is that the reps are busy. It doesn't even allow you to wait in the order the call is being made. Going to the local one stop center for assistance in anything to do with unemployment claims is a joke. It was a waste a gas that I can not afford and was not helped. Was actually told to call the *** number. The web site is awful. It is not user friendly. I understand the the last thing the government wants to do is actually help us states citizens who want to be productive. Also with the unemployment, there must be something with the mailing system as I received fact finding forms in the mail the day it was to be submitted. How fair is that? If the government doesn't want to helps it's people then why not just remove the possibility of all so called assistance. It's impossible any ways.I will be homeless before I even hear a response if I will q
