~Cheryld9690: Florida by far has one of the worst unemployment compensation programs in the country. They make you jump through hoops to get your benefits. You are routed through automated VM that disconects your call in the end due to high call volume and all reps being busy. They have since made it more difficult to contact a live person to assist you with your claim if you can even get through. Often it is impossible to reach a live person until mid-week and they get Fridays off so that is a lost contact day. I just went on their website fluidnow.com to file my weeks and their site is unavailable. Other sites will assist you with claims at a cost...this should be illegal! How does one feed their family with these gaps and poor service? There should be an investigation of this poorly run government program!!!!
