~Maggiez: I have been filing for unemployment benefits since August. I was approved yet saw no benefits for the *st two months. I went through the waste if time calling for days until I spoke to someone who told me those * months would not b paid because I did not register under Employ Florida as required by Unemployment. Still today I have yet to get any benefits. I registered as required on Employ Florida, info that failed to transfer with the new system was re-entered, corrections that were to be made during contact with unemployment **** and were not corrected have further delayed benefits. Per staff, various emails have been submitted yet I have not seen benefits. For almost * months no benefits. I'm about to lose the roof over my head and TECO and verizon will no longer authorize extensions to pay my past due bills. Feeling extremely annoyed and hopeless.
