I called one time at the beginning of Dec. **** and got through after being on hold for way over an hr, but since then it won't allow me to hold to wait and it just hangs up. I have tried all types of times throughout the day and nothing. I do not understand the whole webpage and really need to talk to someone meanwhile I have no income coming in because I have not been able to figure things out on my own. This is so sad...
