Every time I call, it tells me there is a high call volume and to call back later. I literally woke up at *:**am to call them right when they opened and still got the high volume call back later speech. On their website they claim that they almost doubled the amount of customer service staff, yet they still cant answer a simple phone call. Honestly, I think its all a lie .
