On ********** I found out that I as ineligible because I filed two days early and should have filed on **********. By filing on **********, the reemployment division claims that they only will look at income earned in the *st, *nd, *rd, and *th quarters of **** with two qualifying quarters. Because I only had qualifying income in the *th quarter of **** and the first quarter of **** I am ineligible. The irony is, if I would have filed on ********** I would have qualified because they would have used the *nd quarter of **** through the first quarter of **** in which I had two qualifying quarters.**Instead of bringing this to my immediate attention, they waited until ********** to deny my claim. They told me that if I resubmit a claim today that they can use the *th quarter of **** and the *st quarter of **** in which I have income. Unfortunately though they do
