~Lauren: Since they "switched over to a new system," things have just taken a turn for the worse. I remember a couple years ago when I received unemployment from the state of Florida, they thoroughly investigated me, and I was noticed of my determination in a matter of two weeks. Not in this case. I filed at the beginning of December ****, and it is not February ****. I have not seen a dime! I was told it was because I still have a pending adjudication notice. I've been calling for weeks and it's like I've gotten no where with them. Luckily I have someone who is supporting me right now, but I just feel bad for those who aren't as fortunate as me. They really shouldn't have tried to fix something that wasn't broken. Terrible service. Thanks Rick Scott!
