It is horribly designed, unnecessarily difficult to use, circa ****... what an embarrassment. NOBODY in Florida can get thru to phone assistance, the clerks are told not to answer. The system is cutting people off incorrectly and then the citizens have no way to fix their errors. Remember folks, we paid for this insurance witrh every paycheck. EVERY single employee working on this system should be immediately fired... so they can see the piece of **** they made. Shame on you Scott for you very mean spirited system to deprive people of their insurance payments.... You are a horrible horrible person.
