GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Airlines customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Bruce: Agent answered my call and explained to me why my mileage credit was different on the outbound flight than the return flight. To my astonishment I discovered that credits are now based upon the fare (excluding Taxes)times five and divided unequally on flight legs based upon number of seats on the plane. Can you believe this? In addition, my flights were a total of *hours, ** minutes late departing. What a way to run an airline!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting United Airlines. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a United Airlines problem?

~Bruce: For that I would say five out of five.
