~ua flyer: Asked a question regarding a flight from Johannesburg to Orange County, operator asked if I call the right airlines (because the first leg of flight UA**** is operated by South African Airways). The response went downhill from there when asked about oxygen usage for that flight and the connecting flights to Orange County. Operator unable to provide information regarding what company United Airlines is working with to rent oxygen tank prior to the flight.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ua flyer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ua flyer: For that I would say four out of five.
