~Never Again: I am appalled with United Customer Service. If anyone is unlucky enough to speak to an individual named Sergio Martinez I feel sorry for you. This person should not be a Supervisor nor should he be part of any customer relations. Phrases I received from Mr. Martinez on the phone today* *******I am the end of the line' and *******There is no body above me'. This person has no manager or someone he reports to. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!
