~dlw: It has been ** days since i was told they would refund my money, they cancelled all my flights and could not rebook me. They keep reading me the page from the policy book. No one has any idea what they are doing. No one can even answer a simple question. They tell me everyday that the refund department is closed and call back tomorrow. The last person tried to tell me that if you dont get a refund after ** days than you have to re submit it and start over. They are never going to refund me. this is the worst place i have ever dealt with.
