~virginia traveler: Just routed my call to the automated system that eventually will connect you to someone in Manila PI. And we wonder why there are no jobs in the USA. Should have used Southwest Airlines, then weather related travel changes wouldn't be an issue.

~virginia traveler: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~virginia traveler: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~virginia traveler: For that I would say three out of five.

~virginia traveler: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for United Airlines to know who you are.
