~Frequent Flyer: The worst customer service ever. After they lost my luggage and being told * times "it's on the next flight" I was told I'd receive a voucher but I'd have to call back once my luggage was in my possession. ** hours later I get my luggage but I was on business so I called back once I was home. After a long wait I was asked to hold and the operator who doesn't speak English never returned. I simply put my phone down and waited for ** additional minutes before hanging up. I'm ***% sure that this is their strategy but at this point it's not worth my time. However they just lost a corporate account because my entire company flew with United until yesterday. Once I have time my next step is filing a formal compliant.

~Frequent Flyer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frequent Flyer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frequent Flyer: For that I would say five out of five.
