~jap: This is the WORST corporation! They have zero customer service, do not wish to provide customer support, and prefer to stonewall callers rather than provide even the most basic support or assistance. Given they have subjected my son to nearly ** hr delays due to their faulty equipment they still are insisting he ask for vouchers for hotel, transport and meals when he lands exhausted and hungry after a long overseas flight--in the middle of the night. And, since they are requiring him to the do the asking why do I believe nothing will be forthcoming? Why? Because they are refusing to arrange any sort of assistance or support in advance! How is this company still in business??? Will walk or row a boat rather than fly this airline again!

~jap: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jap: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jap: For that I would say four out of five.
