~Linda McGregor-Hurry: Williams Lake BC set up a help for me cause I can*t walk very good there was to be someone at each airport to get us to the next plane and so I would not have to walk . there was one to take us part way. I guess it was her lunch brake cause she keeped looking at her watch dropped us off and took off we walked half way around Vancouver air port to our flight to Orange country No one said we had to pick up our luggage at Sanfranscio air port that is a mighty big air port NO help there at all . your policy to help the disable needs help a lot We get to Orange county no luggage some our fault we did not ask. yours for not telling us that we had to pick up our luggage.We got our luggage with our C Pack and Meds at noon the next day.Coming home from *Palm Springs to sanfranscio we didn*t even have a seat for us together over bucked they said we had our tickets since Jan **** and this was March * ***** When we got to Sanfrascio we waited close to * hour for some help they said there was a c
