GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-raisytau: am very disappointed!! i placed an order online, and paid alot for delivery, when my item arrived and i wanted to exchange for a bigger size, i immediately phoned Benetton and asked the representative on the phone how i can send it back and if i would have to pay for delivery of the new item again. The representative on the phone said she couldn't help me as she didn't know the procedures, and she told me that somebody would call me back within the next ** hours to help me. i was very anxious for somebody to call me back, as i was going abroad the next day, and wanted to sort it out before i left. i knew that when i come back it would be to late to send it back as it would be after ** days since it was delivered to me.. i was VERY upset when i left the next evening abroad and nobody called me back to arrange this matter with me. i am now left with a jacket that is far to small on me, and i would like to exchange for a bigger size. please can somebody write back to me as soon as possible.*thank you
